The VP is the President’s right-hand person, ready to step in and lead the way when needed. They play a big part in keeping things moving, often heading up special projects and checking in with the committees.
Primary Responsibilities:- Presidential Proxy: The most critical duty. If the President is absent or unable to act, the VP steps in to chair meetings, sign documents, and represent the community at City of Calgary or Federation of Calgary Communities events.
- Special Projects: While the President handles high-level strategy, the VP often "champions" specific, time-limited projects, such as a major park renovation, a grant application for a new rink, or updating the association’s bylaws.
- Committee Liaison: Many VPs act as the main point of contact for committees (e.g., Planning & Development, Events, or the Community Garden). They ensure these groups are making progress and report their updates back to the main Board. If you’re interested in this position, Send us an email.

The Nerf Games Coordinator is the event's right-hand strategist, ready to step in and command the floor when chaos erupts. They play a big part in keeping the battle moving, heading up battlefield setup and checking in on safety and fair play.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Darts Supply: The most critical duty. You will lead the post-battle recovery efforts, coordinating the collection of thousands of stray foam darts from behind stage curtains, gym mats, and light fixtures to ensure central supply is replenished.
- Bunker Building: While players focus on strategy, you "champion" the layout of the arena. You will design and deploy tactical cover across the main hall using tables, pop-up tents, and cardboard barriers.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for dispute resolution on the floor. You will inspect incoming blasters and enforce unbiased calls on whether a dart "grazed a shoulder" or missed entirely.
